I have a 2 bedroom 7th floor flat in a 12 storey block on a quiet nice estate, both bedrooms are a good size, and the flat has a good sized balcony area. The flat has under floor heating and both bedroom floors have the original parquet flooring that can be sanded down to remove any markings, I intended to do this myself, but have not got the time. The flat is in a reasonable decorative order, and is close to all amenities, both primary and secondary schools are within a 5-10 min walk as is the shops, and a large co-op supermarket, regular bus routes run from the stops that are located round the corner that can take you into the main shopping area, Enfield Town, in less than 15minutes where there is all the usual high street shops and more. There are 2 rail stations both 5 minute walk from flat but obviously in opposite directions from each other, Turkey Street and Enfield Lock, both of which have direct trains into the city, Liverpool street station, and it takes about 25 min. The blocks have 2 lifts, and brand new entry intercom systems with screens recently installed. They have just finished giving the block a total facelift, and we have had all new double glazed windows and brand new balconies.. I will be willing to consider any property, regardless to the decorative condition, as long as it has minimum 2 bedrooms, any more than that would be a bonus, and be within travelling distance of schools and amenities, as I have a 10yr old daughter. I want the property to be in the following boroughs, and all areas that come under the boroughs stated would be considered, The borough of Broxbourne, areas include, cheshunt, Waltham cross, turnford.
