I will be willing to consider any property, regardless to the decorative condition, as long as it has minimum 2 bedrooms, any more than that would be a bonus, and be within travelling distance of schools and amenities, as I have a 10yr old daughter. I want the property to be in the following boroughs, and all areas that come under the boroughs stated would be considered, The borough of Broxbourne, areas include, cheshunt, Waltham cross, turnford.  The weekly rent here is £80.00 and the water and heating is included with the rent.
