The large well kept garden is split over 3 separate terraces gives plenty of relaxing space in the sun or shade. An illuminated gated pool terrace to prevent access by young children with some mature palm trees where you can relax under the shade. The pool is 9x5 and approx. 1.8 m at the deepest end. The pool is maintained weekly against some fees paid directly to the person responsable for maintenance, and sun beds are at your disposal. This property is not overlooked at the end of a quiet residential road which offers perfect privacy in a very small residential area with lovely views of orange groves, mountains in the distance. BREAKFAST 55 EUROS Very convenient national road to reach Gandia centre, beach or other towns There are many places of interest within easy reach of Gandia, either by car or train, with Gandia itself being of historical interest having been home to the Borja family in centuries past. Gandia has been developed to become of of the nicest towns of the coast with its pedestrian street and paseo where you find international brand name fashion shops, cafes and restaurants of special decor and design. The area is mainly surrounded by orange groves and mountains, a very well protected nature with many walking possibilities, riding, tennis and golf clubs. Gandia beach is 8 km from town centre with a beautiful promenade and restaurants bars casino and the blue flag beach which provides also the red cross security service. Throughout the year the surrounding towns and villages have there own ‘fiestas’ and traditional firework displays, many in celebration of ‘Moors and Christians’ festivities. Valencia is fast becoming a City of national and international importance, being host to major sporting events such as the European Formula 1 Grand Prix, event takes place on the 23rd of august, the America’s Cup April June until 23rd of July with the Cheste motor bike circuit in close proximity, not forgetting the Arts and Science Complex which includes the very popular Oceanographic Museum. Other towns and places within easy reach include Benidorm (Terra Mitica, Aqualandia etc), Calpe and Altea, all of which are within a 45 minutes drive. For golfing enthusiasts the nearest course is Oliva Nova (abt 20 mins drive) whilst El Saler and Javea are both less than an hour away. We will meet you on arrival and on request a pack of essential groceries can be provided for late arrivals. Also we have a large selection of brochures at your disposal enabling you to see all the activities which are within short distance e.g. water / amusement parks, a day out on 4/4 where you will discover the beautiful countryside within 30 min. from Gandia, for rainy days a covered shopping centres with cinema, bowling, cafes, restaurants etc. We do NOT recommend this property for elderly people or anyone with difficulty with stairs and steps.
