The apartment features a fully fitted kitchen with oven,4 hobings,fridge,microwave,toaster,kettle,all crockery and cutlery. The luxurious 4 piece bathroom has a large corner bath and overhead shower. The spacious balcony with fabulous sea views includes sunloungers, table and chairs and clothes dryer. Maid service three times a week and towels and sheets changed twice weekly. The resort has one Large swimming pool,1 small pool and kiddies pool with lifeguard, Jacuzzi pool, Two on-site restaurants, washing and drying facilities, squash courts and children's club available. The apartment and the resort have been totally renovated last year. It is now LIKE NEW! Price is for one week and is negotiable. I you want both weeks, we will give you a special price for them both! Maintenance fees are due by January of each year and run for about 1200 Euro annually.
