Description:

This beautiful and atmospheric original signed watercolour features Castle Howard near Leeds. The wooden frame measures 77 x 60 cm, the visible painting is 56 x 36 cms. This painting was bought in York approx. 20 years ago from the Alan Stuttle Gallery ( since moved to Scarborough). Alan Stuttle, the well known Yorkshire Artist, specialised in local landmarks and landscapes, he is now involved in Psychic Art Workshops as well as running his gallery. Castle Howard was the location for the 1981 ITV Series Brideshead Revisited.
