We are looking for applicants to work on behalf of one of Ventura’s prestigious clients who are a world leader in the automotive industry. The roles involve dealing with customer enquiries from existing private and business car drivers together with potential new customers over the telephone. Their queries will involve dealing with requests from prospective clients wishing to purchase a vehicle, which could range from them requesting a brochure to arranging a test drive of a specific model within the brand. In addition, there will be an element of outbound calling to existing customers. The ultimate aim of the role is to provide a pro- active and professional level of customer service, which will ultimately lead to our client being the brand of choice.
The successful applicants will be given full autonomy to take ownership and responsibility for any query received. Your priority will be to focus on delivering the highest quality of customer satisfaction in line with our client's Brand Values.
Shift patterns are working between the hours of 8am and 8pm based on a 35 hour week Monday to Friday with a Saturday rota.
Starting: £7.44 / hour
