Please contact me for more information. ------------------ FireSev Rattery: Here at my Rattery my rats are bred for health and temperament with good breeding history behind them. I breed smooth, rex and on occasion double rex coated in both dumbo and top ear. I breed varieties of Burmese mainly, also Black, Topaz and Buff Varieties and on occasion I have others that pop up in litters. In 2009 I started Masked, Capped and Variegated marked rats. My babies are reared in the home as part of the family and are handled from birth or one day old. They are used to dogs and birds and household noise to ensure they are well adjusted for life with you and will make superb pets for all the family. My rats enjoy a belly tickle are are very soft and soppy. I do not 'power breed' so therefore do not have endless litters on offer, so sometimes you may have to wait for your precious new pets, I feel I would rather breed less and know I produce quality rather than quantity. All of my rats can be seen and handled and I always have older related rats that you can meet so you can see the linage temperament of your future pets. My rats are fed a varied diet, a dry mix that is self mixed in the home. Care is taken to ensure it is safe and healthy with all the correct levels of what a rat needs to promote good health throughout life. Our babies will be ready for homing from 6 wks old and come complete with a birth certificate with their breed history, care sheet and diet sheet. They will be homed in same sex pairs at a cost of £25 a pair or we will allow single rats to be homed if you have others of a similar age to pair them with at £14 each. We offer a life time help, care and support for all our homed rats and will help you with rats we didn't breed We offer a forum for you to join with constant help and advice and meet ups each year to help you make rat minded friends. Here we can stay in touch and you can chat with other owners of my rats. I am a proud member of the Yorkshire Rat Club and the Midlands Rat Club where I will be showing my rats in 2010, although based in the south I feel my commitment to travel long distance to promote my rats confirms I am committed to my breeding and promotion of my Rattery. I hope that new owners will love their new pets till the end but understand that circumstances sometimes change and I will always take back any I have homed regardless of the reasons. I do not judge.
