We have a bit of time but the sooner we find someone the sooner we can start teaching them songs and make the transition as easy as possible. We've already recorded our third ep, which is due for release on run out records towards the end of the year. Once this has been released and we have played a series of gigs to promote it we are looking forward to starting the new year afresh with a new bass player who can bring some creative ideas of their own to the band. After three eps released on run out records we aim to spend much of next year writing and recording what will be our debut album. Although we do have a diverse taste in music we are looking for a bass player who shares many of our influences. These include artists such as The Smiths, Leonard Cohen, Stone Roses, Pavement, Arcade Fire and Bright Eyes. Ideally we'd also like someone who can contribute backing vocals.
