It is barely a short walk away from supermarkets and commercial centres. The apartment is pretty new (walls and furnishing), on the first floor of a newest building (built in 2007), with balcony and garage. It is bright, modern, snug, lovely, fully furnished and with much taste.   The area is quiet and residential, excellently connected with public transport to the city centre: just a short ride on tram number 50 to the nearest underground station (Hatàr ùt) and in 20 minutes you are in the city centre. With car just 10 minutes.   The apartment is composed by a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with dining table, a balcony that overlooks a quiet side-street, a bedroom with another double sofa bed (so totally the flat can accommodate up to 4 persons), bathroom with bathtub, and entrance hall with large wardrobe. To the apartment belongs a parking spot in the private garage underground. Furnishing is new and plentiful and there is a fine parquet on the floor. There is lift.   Services included in the price   The price includes electricity consumption, fresh linen and towels.   Services not included in the price   Garage: extra cost of 5,00 euro per night.   Information about check-in and check-out   Check-in is possible at any moment of the day time from 12:00 to 21:00 on appointment. For late arrivals (after 21:00) there is an extra fee of 15,00 euro. Check-out not later than 10:00 (anyway we are not rigid if on the same day there are not new arrivals).   On the arrival the client will be asked to submit a paper which is the list of the crockery, cutlery and main pieces of furnishing with prices.
