Organisers - FAQ
1. I have no experience, how would I know what to do?
You are appointed a manager when you join, who will be there to show you the ropes and answer any questions you may have. You will be taken on at least 2 training parties to show you how things work, and so you can see a party organiser in action! You will have full support every step of the way! There are also training workshops that you can attend with fun and informative demonstrations where you can also win prizes!
2. But I'm too shy!!
Don't worry, I know exactly how you feel, I felt the same way myself, but i soon found once my first party was out of the way that my confidence was starting to grow. Now, 60 parties later I will talk to anyone! It also helps when you do your first few parties for friends and family so you don't feel too overwhelmed!
3. I don't drive-how would I get to my parties?
Your raffle money would easily cover taxi costs or petrol money to friends. Just think, your earnings could even pay for driving lessons or a new car! if you stick with it long enough you could even get a brand new company car! Starting with a gorgeous new Fiesta!
4. What if I don't like it?
Then don't worry, all you have to do is hand your kit back and that's that. You are under no obligation to stay with Ann Summers any longer than you want to. So why not just give it a go?
5. Can I do it with a friend?
Of course you could. It could gradually build your confidence and you would have loads of fun together. If you didnt want to do it together anymore for one reason or another then you could do them individually
6. What does your partner think?
The discounted products meant that I was able to wear different saucy outfits every week! He definately couldn't complain about staying home with our daughter whilst I went out to parties! Its also great for getting guys attention . All I have to do is mention my job and they fall to the floor and bow down to my feet!!
7. What do you love about Ann Summers?
The list is endless! Well it definately pays to party! I have so much fun whilst I'm working-its great, and the money isnt bad either. Let me give you an example: One party I did last september earned me £163 from my commission and a further £40 for my raffle. Thats £203 for 3 hours work and the party was only 10 mins from my house (maybe £6 in a taxi if I didn't drive)!! Imagine doing 2 parties like that every week - £406 x 52 = over £21,000 a year!! But being honest, not all parties are that good. Most are around the £200 mark earning you around £100 (including your raffle) and thats only a measly £33 per hour as opposed to £66. But when you add that onto your normal weekly wage, thats a lot of money!!
