It has a seating area which converts to a double bed plus a single seating area which converts to bunks. It has a washroom area which would be able to contain a portaloo. It also has a fridge and cooker and is set up for electrics. The heater however is not working at the moment. We also have the awning which is in good condition but we have never needed to use it as there were only two of us. Overall it is a very clean and tidy caravan and we welcome any viewings.
