The caravan has 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 2 twin, one room being bunk beds which is ideally suited for children and are all supplied with duvets, pillows and protective mattress covers.  All 3 bedrooms have ample hanging and storage space and electric panel wall heating.  There is also a double fold out sofabed in the lounge area.  All we ask you to bring  with you is your bed linen, towels and tea towels.  The lounge area has a comfortable seating area, a fitted coal effect gas fire, colour television and now with a DVD player and dvd's for the children to watch and freeview with up to 30 channels, a CD micro system with radio and  the dining area with table and seating.  The kitchen area comes fully equipped with a full gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and all the usual kitchen utensills including crockery, knives, forks etc. There is also an ironing board, electric steam iron and vacuum cleaner. There is also a fire extinguisher and smoke alarm for your safety too.  The modern white bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin and electric panel wall heater.  We have also recently had a patio area laid with seating area and also there is ample car parking to the side of the caravan for your convenience. Also included in the holiday is gas and electricity and Butlins passes. The caravan is also within walking distance to the beach and Ingoldmells.  Also only a short drive away to Skegness, Ingoldmells, Mablethorpe, Chapel St. Leonards etc. There is also a local regular bus service to Skegness too.
