The caravan has a beautiful panoramic view over the East Sussex countryside. A large area of decking with comfortable seating and tables provides the perfect place to lounge peacefully in the evenings, eating and drinking and watching the sun go down after a busy day exploring all that the area has to offer. The Living/Dining area has two comfortable ranges of seating with a 19” TV and DVD player (including a wide selection of DVD’s). There are also shelves full of books and games to please all tastes. There is also a Radio/CD player for those who can't live without Terry Wogan in the morning! The Kitchen and Dining areas are well set-out and stocked with all the kitchen appliances you might need during your stay; including a gas oven and hob, fridge, microwave oven, ironing board and iron, blender, egg boiler, toaster, etc. Also crockery and cutlery to serve up to 8 guests at a sitting. The power sockets are standard 3-pin, and the rental charge includes the use of electricity and gas during your stay. Although it is rarely needed, an efficient gas central heating system can supply warm air to the rooms. The rooms have ample cupboards, shelves and storage space for clothes, luggage and personal possessions. There are two bathroom areas: One contains a roomy shower, a wash basin and a toilet, and the other has a wash-basin and toilet. Freshly laundered towels are supplied, along with complimentary soaps, shower gels and toilet supplies. The plumbing is connected to the normal town systems and operates just as in a fixed home. There is a pull-out bed concealed within the seating in the lounge that can easily and quickly be made up as a comfortable extra double bed. The master bedroom has a good-sized double bed. In addition, there are two rooms each with twin single beds. The beds are made-up with duvets and freshly laundered sheets and pillow-cases, with extra bedding readily available if required. Things to see or do during your stay Museums, Galleries, Theatres and a host of other attractions and events all produce their own leaflets and guides; - a wide selection of these will be on the Coffee table on arrival, enough to fill every day however long your holiday! Groceries and other supplies are easily obtained from the Park Shop or by a short walk along the Ridge to a friendly General Store. A short walk further on brings you to a large out-of-town Sainsbury's store. Rental Charges The Rental Charge per week for up to 8 persons during the high season from June to August and Christmas/New Year is £395. At all other times, the weekly Rental is £345. A Non-Refundable Deposit of £50 is required to hold all bookings, via PayPal, debit/credit card or cheque. The balance, plus a refundable Security Deposit of £50 is to be paid 2 weeks before the date booked. Receipts, Confirmation of Booking, Return of the Security Deposit and all other communications will be emailed or posted to the address provided at the time of booking. Booking-in time for Arrivals is 2.00 pm. The caravan should be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure to allow time to prepare the accommodation for the next guests.
