Payment is acceptable upon collection, however if collection is more than 3 days after the auction, we ask that payment is made before.       POSTAGE AND PACKAGING   POSTAGE CHARGE IS FOR UK MAINLAND ONLY.   WE DO NOT SHIP OVERSEAS. There is an extra charge for Northern and Southern Ireland or any of the Islands which are part of Scotland and Wales. Collection is possible if the collection time is arranged within our working hours 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 9am to 4pm.  We are CLOSED AT WEEKENDS and ALL BANK HOLIDAYS, due to this there may be some delays with email questions and invoices.  Insurance is included and all items require a signature upon delivery.  If you have purchased more than one item, delivery costs will be adjusted if we are able to send out items together this is EXCLUDES LAPTOPS as these are boxed separately. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inform us when this occurs. Large heavy items are sent by pallet or collection only. CHECK THE DESCRIPTION. Pallet deliveries are up to 5pm, USUALLY 48 hours from emailed dispatched notification. Pallets are used for our heavy large item as these do not travel well in boxes PALLETS DELIVERED WITHIN THE MAINLAND ENGLAND ARE £65.00 This Excludes Scotland and Cornwall.  The charge for all deliveries would only be confirmed by ADDRESS. Any damaged item must be reported within 48HRS EMAIL. When items are sent out, it is not possible to state a day and time of delivery, our courier company attempts to deliver twice and leaves a calling card, if the customer does not respond to the delivery company or make contact with ourselves it will be returned to our office, a fee may be charged for re-delivery.       PLEASE READ   We state in each description the type of warranty with the item, due to the type of units we work with some might be faulty and being sold for parts, you must check before placing your bid.    If a problem does occur within the warranty period, please contact our office by email, we are happy to assist with the technical advice and we always do our best to resolve the situation to avoid the extra cost of returning items to base.  If the item does have a fault and once confirmation from our technical team for the return of the item for repair has been received, the bidder is responsible for paying any postage which is refunded if item arrives  in satisfactionory packaging and with a copy or original invoice sent with item, when  the fault is resolved delivery is our responsibility.
