This well equipped 3 bedroomed caravan sleeps up to 8 people With a large kitchen dining area at the Fantasy Island Family Resort, Eastgate Caravan Park Ingoldmells Skegness with Superb views, overlooking Fantasy Island and Butlins,
This caravan is sited in a small field next door to the famous Fantasy Island; The site only has 104 caravans on it and has recently under gone some refurbishment. ALL THE GAS AND ELECTRICITY IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF YOUR HOLIDAY
The accommodation consists of one double bedroom, and two twin bedrooms, with an extra double bed in the Living room. The bathroom has a shower, and wash basin with separate W.C
In the kitchen there is a gas cooker, oven, microwave, toaster and electric kettle and all the cooking utensils you could need.
It also has Oil filled electric radiators for heating and a Gas fire in the lounge.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE you will have a TV with freeview channels, CD player with a radio and cassette, and a DVD player with some films, Children’s and adults.
.The caravan has 5 smoke alarms and a FIRE EXTINGUISHER a Fire Blanket & Carbonmonoxide Alarm and a First Aid Kit & Also fully insured
All quilts and pillows are provided,
All you will need to bring are your own quilt covers, sheets, pillow cases, and towels.
Eastgate caravan park is situated sea lane, Fantasy island complex this is off the main Roman bank A52 road which runs from Skegness,
It is easy to find plus full maps and instructions will be sent to help you have a pleasant trip and stay.
The famous FANTASY ISLAND and fairground,
With HUGE market, is next door to the caravan site. The beach is only a short walk away.
Butlins is only at the top of the road, (10 minute walk or you can park on the complex were you can buy day tickets)
Across the road from Eastgate park is
Family pub and there is a café, & shop and a children’s area.
This caravan is for the use of families and couples ONLY
NO SINGLE SEX GROUPS ARE ALLOWED
No smoking is allowed in the caravan
Sorry but no pets are allowed during your stay.
Prices start from £100.00 off peak
To £360.00 peak season
There is a £50.00 bond payable
This is returned when the caravan has been checked.
A £50.00 per week deposit is required, (non refundable) and the balance is to be paid
